Accordingly, Heritage Gas is guided by an Environmental Policy for all of its activities - engineering, construction, operations, and corporate. Protecting the environment is a fundamental principle of Heritage Gas - this is in line with our mandate to distribute a cleaner burning fuel to Nova Scotians.
Through the Environmental Policy, the senior management of Heritage Gas strongly commits the Company to protecting the environment. These measures range from minimizing erosion during construction to a commitment to energy conservation. Through all its activities, Heritage Gas reviews its actions through the lens of environmental protection.
